Howdy OBRA peeps
My mother-in-law's bike got stolen recently, and she needs a new'un to get to work in the next town over. She won't really give me a budget, but I'm guessing she can afford $200... I'm willing to double that, so let's say up to $400
I'm thinking 48-52cm frame... 50 is probably ideal, but I'm sure we could go 2cm either way for an otherwise righteous bike/deal.
