My wife has been making cycling caps this year. Lots of them actually and they're darn nice. If any individuals or teams are looking for custom caps (sizing and colors) she can hook you up. Basic 3 or 4 panel cotton caps start at $30 and wool starts at $40. She can do them with ear flaps or racing stripes for a few extra bucks as well. Discounts given for 5 or more.
