I'd like to find a cheap mass start track frame for my sweetie so we can practice at Alpenrose together. Steel would be ideal -- vintage steel in good shape would be better. She rides about a 56-57 on the road, so something on the smaller end of that range. I've got a wheelset, so ideally looking for a frame and whatever other parts might already be hanging on it. Hoping to spend <$300 but flexible for a whole bike or something a little extra special. I'm in North Portland and can meet up anywhere in town. Feel free to email/text.
