Matt Mallet via OBRA

Based on the length of the circuit and the number of fields I assume this gets all jumbled together (some fields get lapped, some riders get lapped). Do they pull riders, do they neutralize fields as they get passed? This looks like a nice course, I'm just trying to understand how it works before I decide to race and pick my field.
