Hi OBRA!

I am currently in a sublet and will am looking for permanent housing. Planned move-in date would be sometime the first or second week of August. I would prefer a place in inner SE or NE, but am willing to look elsewhere for the right fit. I would love to move into another house, and having storage for bikes is a must. I cook most meals at home, like to garden and spend time outside (backyard would be awesome)! I am not into partying, but do sometimes have friends over for dinner, movie, BBQ, etc. No drug use or heavy drinking, relatively quiet, clean but not a clean freak, and friendly. I spend most of my free time riding and racing bikes (surprise surprise!).

I am employed full-time at a local non-profit and work the normal 9-5 hours. I have a good rental history, am timely with rent and bills, and am respectful of other people's schedules and lifestyles. My price range is somewhere in the 4-$600 range, ideally with utilities included at the top end.
