Hey Everyone,

South Sound Velo has a few events coming up the first two weekends of
August. If you haven’t heard the Rapha NW Junior Stage Race is the first
weekend of August (August 1st and 2nd). Juniors this is a must do event
for you and your teammates. We have a lot in store for you this weekend
including meeting Jeremy Powers and a few other surprises for you.

*Sunday August 2nd Motofish Coffee* is organizing the *Grit & Grind* gravel
ride with Jeremy Powers. The ride is meeting at 7am and leaving from the
parking lot of the Rapha Junior Stage Race. All proceeds from the ride
will go to Jim Brown to aid him and his family in their fight against
cancer. The entry fee is $50 and the first 50 people to sign up receive a
gift bag with the following items: After the ride hang around and watch
some of the best juniors in the country compete in Stage 3 of the Rapha NW
Junior Stage Race.

*August 8th & 9th*

The Boston Harbor Circuit Race is August 8th in Olympia WA followed by the
WSBA Time Trial Championship in Tenino WA August 9th. Of course you can
use your TT bike at the championship event. Also, start times are based on
registration. The sooner you sign up the more rabbits you will get to
chase. Below are the details for both events.
