Hi, my son is looking for a bike to start CX racing, he is 5'9" - would this 50cm frame fit him you think? He will likely grow taller so the frame would probably get too small for him quickly I think but it might work for a season or two. Cheers, Dennis

I am hoping to sell my CX race bike and training/racing wheels and move in another direction:

It's 50cm Trek Ion Pro CX frame setup as 1x10 with a mix of SRAM Rival and Force. Weighs ~17.5 lbs with the included tubulars
The bike has been trained on and raced on, but well maintained.

I would like to sell this as a complete package which would include training and racing wheels.

Here are the specifics:
Frame/Fork - 50 cm Trek Ion Pro CX (aluminum frame/carbon fork. Hidden Fender Mounts)

Seatpost - Thompson Masterpiece (zero setback)
Stem - Bontrager RXL (100mm)
Handlebar - Bontrager Race Anatomic (40cm)
Saddle - Bontrager or WTB
Brakes - Avid Shorty Ultimate Cantilever Brakes

Shifters - SRAM Rival
Front Derailleur - none
Rear Derailleur - SRAM Force CX1
Crank - SRAM Force with a 40t Wolftooth Narrow Wide Chainring

Cassette - SRAM PG-1070 (12:27)
Training Wheels - Bontrager Race setup tubeless with Clement MXP tires (tread in great condition)
Racing Wheels - Rolf VCX Tubulars with FMB Gripo XL tires (glue and tread are in great condition)

Thanks for your consideration,

Chris
