Hey OBRA land,

I'm currently looking for a space to call home for at least a few months. I am currently in the Bethany area (West side of Portland over the hill near Springville/Kaiser Rds) and I work around here as well, so I'd like to find a place to live that is either on the West side of the hills (But not clear out in Beaverton/Hillsboro) or upper West Hills, or NW Portland. I could possibly do NE PDX as well, if it is close in and somewhat close to the freeway. I am a bit price sensitive, so the lower the $$ the better. I can have as much furniture or as little as you need me to have - just looking for a good price point and location at this point.

I am open to having housemates of an gender/age but ask that all housemates/occupants are LGBTQ friendly. I am gone a lot during the summer, pretty low maintenance as a housemate/tenant. I work full time as a music teacher and do cycling coaching as well. Currently, the biggest issue with finding a place right now is actually finding a room to rent where the house also has a space for bikes. I currently have small fleet, non of which I am ready/willing to get rid of - except maybe one... So, if you have space and are in need of a roomie, please let me know!

Right now I'm looking for something from March through September with the potential to extend longer, if it is working out well.
