A 4-week, 8-class program to teach beginner and advanced cyclists the ins and outs of the Deadlift, Back & Front Squat, and Clean.

Tuesdays and Saturdays, 7pm ��� 8pm

All levels of experience and ability are guaranteed to learn valuable skills and knowledge that will help them improve their strength and power ��� and learn how that translates to the bike.

This is not just for those who value performance, but those that value injury prevention and an alternative to spinning inside during unfriendly weather.

This class is led by Luke Harris (me), CSCS CISSN CFL-1, at CrossFit 503 in SW Portland. The value of this program is unbeatable at $99 for 8 classes. The first class of each week is the primary class for one movement (Deadlift, Back Squat, Front Squat, and Clean) while the second acts as another opportunity to refresh, improve, and use what you���ve learned, or in case you missed the first.
