Hey OBRA,

I have two rooms available for rent in my house. There are two current roommates and one cat. I am the Dan on Ruckus Test Team who isn't DAN GONZALES, but I took last year off from racing so you'll have to go back an extra year to stalk my race results. The other roomie is Tom. He is a Cielo owner so that's pretty cool. We are both in our 30's and work full time during the week. You can be under 30 if you want. The situation is usually pretty quiet - I work second shift and Tom works coffee industry hours. My cat doesn't work.

We're bike-racing-friendly and pretty chill. Some might even say we are v. chill. The house has wood floors, central air, a modern kitchen, laundry, that sort of stuff. It's is at SE 75th and Clinton in the South Tabor neighborhood. We are barely east of all the really cool Division Street��� stuff, within walking distance of Fubonn if you aren't in a big hurry. Close-ish to the 205 path so you can get on that thing to go ride out and backs to Oregon City or Boring or wherever if you're not doing Tabor laps (why aren't you doing Tabor laps?). When I worked in the Central Eastside the bike commute in was 15-20 minutes westbound via Woodward and Clinton. It's a little slower eastbound because it's uphill that way. Rent is $600.
