Good Morning OBRA,

This Saturday is the 9th Annual Hammer Velo Crit..Always the first Saturday
in June, weather is looking great again this year, so hopefully we well get
some good sized fields out on the Big D shaped course..Safe and fast for
some great racing all day.This year we added in a 2nd race on June 17th...It
well be run as an afternoon into evening event, thinking it well be a nice
change and a new look for our race......Look for the updated flier on that
on the website...here is the link to the flier for this weekend..

Thanks to all of you that have supported our race over the years, the famous

Good afternoon everyone...Well a few updates...

1..I did confirm and got the FED EX Dist. Center to allow the usage of the
First turn parking lot for team tents and parking..This should eliminate a
lot of the street parking which will be nice not to have that road congested
with vehicles for the truck coming in and out...You will be directed to that
area when you enter into the race area..Please use the sidewalks and the
driveways in and out of the parking lot, NOT the landscaping..This is a new
facility that just opened last fall, so I want to keep a good relationship
going with them and having this area for team tents to line up is really
nice in the first turn to watch your mates and friends while you warm up or
are there just cheering them on..Thanks. Also Oregon Transfer is allowing us
again this year to use their parking area for Registration, staging and
bathrooms..

2..We changed up the Master fields a bit this year after listening to many
of you the past few years wanting a Masters 1/2/3 field...So the Clark Henry
Masters race will be 50 + 60 + cat 3/4/5 only.Then we also added a Master
40+ Cat 1/2/3 only...So I think this will allow some of you to race 2 and 3
races if you like..Thanks for all the input the past few years as we tweak
the schedule a little bit to try and satisfy the needs of as many of you as
possible and have really good field sizes.

3..Our Prize List is really gaining steam and getting bigger...As you know
if you have come to this race in the past, we have boxes and boxes of prizes
and primes..and the winner of each Cat get the traditional Mini Sledge
Hammer..

4.The race flier hopefully will be live for viewing and registering in the
next day or so...

Thanks for all the years of support of our race, we really appreciate it and
looking forward to another long day of fast and safe racing this year,
sunny skies : ) and Luciano will be handing hundreds of prizes and
primes...
