If it was in the AM, that would push the PM times. July 30th ... will it be hot? How many times have we seen people begging for water in the afternoon races? I'm not a master, so I shouldn't care, but the change to the AM time would be a bad idea ... At least it is a Saturday, not on Sunday. Support vehicle question needs to be looked at too.
If it were to be longer, would start time be moved to AM? A 95mile road race starting at 1:00 would mean finishing around 5:30 give or take a few minutes.
