Looking for 1 housemate to share a 3 bedroom, 1 bath house in Woodlawn.

Room:
The available room is 15 x 8.5 ft, carpeted (the rest of the house is wood floors/linoleum) and has a medium sized closet. It is located in the back of the house and is close to the bathroom. The window overlooks the back yard.

House:
Built in 1927, mostly furnished with a full unfinished basement (room for storage), garage and back yard. House includes washer/dryer and a dishwasher. Sorry no AC.

Us:
We are two guys in our late 20s/early 30s with somewhat professional jobs that keep a normal 9-5 m-f schedule. Pretty much past the college party flop house stage of life. We enjoy photography, bicycles, motorcycles, and weightlifting. Ideally we're looking for someone (guy or girl) of similar age that is respectful, clean, responsible and has a stable source of income.

$585/month rent with a $600 deposit + 1/3 utilities (about $50 in summer, $80-$100 in winter)
Ideally willing to sign 1 yr lease
No pets (sorry, the home owners policy)
