Hi Candi,
My partner and I ran across a black and red "Redline Conquest Team" while
searching a homeless camp. There were some attributes about it that led me
to believe that it may belong to one of your members, but I'm not certain.
Does that sound like a bike that's been stolen from a OBRA member. Thank
