Last night at Blind Date we were missing a 10 key pad, network cable and
mouse pad from the computer bags. I am sure that these items are in
another bag somewhere, i.e. there is a bag with 2 of these items, but the
catch is that they were not there last night. OBRA now has 7 different lap
tops. A different combination of those may go to any given race. They may
not return all return to a single location for several weeks. A missing
peripheral, especially a power supply, can leave you dead in the water.
Each computer bag should contain the following:
- Computer
- Power supply
- Mouse
- Mouse pad
- 10 key pad
- Network cable
Each bag, computer and all the accessories are labeled with the name of
the computer to try to make it easy to keep each bag full. If you are
putting the computer equipment away please pay attention to this so that
the next guy down the line doesn't get stuck missing something they need.
