If you are still 'feeling the effects' of a consussion, then you need to
get yourself checked out. There is no concussion protocol in OBRA like
they have in MLB/NFL/NHL, so it is in your best interest to stay off the
bike until you get a through check-up.

If you have a "lingering concussion" don't race your bike!! You're gonna need that brain for many more decades! There's always a race next month or next year...unless you hit your head again, then it's GAME OVER!! Riding your bike in circles ain't worth it.

My reason for asking is that the long bumpy downhill on the area behind the velodrome really screws up my lingering concussion so I would prefer to avoid it by going counterclockwise and wanted to know what day that would be. (I did enjoy the bike trainer and stairs comments though!)
