We are looking for tenants for our home that is ready to be moved into. It is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath home on SE 37th and Franklin St. Franklin St. is walking distance to Clinton St. and Division St, as well as Hopworks Brewery.The basement is mostly finished additional living space, and it also has a separate workshop (I used it as a bike shop) and plenty of bike parking that is easily accessed from the back door. No need to put your bikes in the garage, though there is a full garage as well.
