Dear OBRA Friends, I am selling a Santa Cruz Superlight 1 (model year 2000) at a discount to OBRA folks. It's a great trail bike with a simple, light, and efficient single-pivot design that is easy to maintain. I am the original owner and it has served me well. This design was so popular that Santa Cruz kept it in production until 2015. I have upgraded the drivetrain and brakes to keep it modern. I also recently overhauled the rear shock and torqued everything to spec, so it runs smoothly. The fork could use an oil change, but that's it. This is a great bike for someone getting into mountain biking who doesn't want to spend $2,000+ on a new bike. Sold as is, full specs below.
