Not advocating for USAC, nor particularly enamored with some of their policies, merely pointing out Norrene's willingness to combat those issues with either organization . As to transparency, the last board meeting minutes posted for general consumption were posted in November of 2015. My understanding is that there has been a meeting since, but nobody knows what was covered-not so transparent. Ironically, reading the last available minutes paints a rather rosy picture. How are the declining numbers and cancelled races a solid performance?
