still got these... still a great deel on superlite carbon wheels

Howdy

Very lightweight carbon tubular wheels here... I think the UL32 set is sub 1100g? or was it even sub-1000? don't remember. I guess I can weigh them for you if you need me to.

So here's the story with these 3 wheels you're buying - Reynolds made two (that I know of) versions of this wheel, one with unidirectional carbon with a scrim layer in the brake track, and one with woven carbon. These are the unidirectional variety, and the front scrim decided to delaminate on me about 2 rides after I bought them, descending JP West outside of Scappoose. Pretty lame. Reynolds offered me a replacement rim for $400, and I just never did it... instead, I got a deal on a Chinese wheel under the import name Zero... model being the "024," for like $100 shipped, complete with spokes and hubs, in the same hole count as my damaged Reynolds. I figured I'd transfer the rim over to the Reynolds/DT240 hub and try to put the past behind me... except that the wheel seemed pretty OK, so I went the lazy route and just rode it complete. I raced on it a few times and did other rides.... brakes well, no problems at all. Seems to be a great rim, especially for the money.. but the spokes are absolute junk and can't even really be trued.. so you're gonna want to transfer the rim over to the hood hub.

Anyway.....

All 3 for $250.
