To those who want to criticize the fine work ourOBRA officials do

and.... not only do many of us members want to see the
results..........without the knowledge that comes for doing the work
required to compile and post them.....we seem to always except them to be
available within minutes or hours. You all need to hear this from ronnie.
Many OBRA members have my highest regard for how hard you can train and push
yourself to be your best. You can at time blow me away with regard to how
giving you can be for fellow OBRA members. But one of the weaknesses that
can flourish in our group is just feeling all you need to do is be a member,
pay your entry and show up and race. Others will do everything else "you"
expect should be done. A high number of participants can just come and race
without other input than their entry, but it would make life much better if
they just loosened up some, tried to go through channels to make any
corrections and be open to accepting that it may not just work out exactly
as they want.
Be nice to each other, there are enough mean spirited people out there doing
really nasty things to each other! Racing bikes is a sport! Sport is
supposed to be enjoyable, especially for amateurs. You folks posting are
good people. You do not want to hurt others.
If you are pro....bitch some...but you also could let it go.
