They did indeed have a judge and referee
This judge does not often submit results. He sent things in that we cannot upload. We asked for corrections. He said they would come last night.
I am hopeful they were come today

So that omnium didn't have an OBRA judge and referee? Because they usually use the correct format right?

They came in s format that cannot we uploaded. We asked the judge to reformat. That hasn't happened.
