Sorry to hear about your stolen bike - that just plain sucks. Did they
leave the lock behind or does the store have any footage of the method used
to defeat the otto lock?

Seems like this is the exact use case that folks recommend using the otto
lock for, and it would be good to know if someone has figured out how to
quickly & quietly defeat it with hardware-store hand tools or if they used
something more exotic.

Good evening OBRA-land

Tonight (6/21) around 8pm my All City Nature Boy was stolen as I was
shopping inside Safeway at 122nd & Powell.
It was locked up with the NEW Otto Lock, which was defeated within the 10
minutes I was in the store.
