After careful consideration, we have decided to cancel Fast Twitch
Friday for tomorrow, Aug 4th.
The heat is one thing, but the National Weather Service is recommending
we limit outdoor activity due to poor air quality.
I am going to add another Friday to the schedule on Sept 1st to make up
for it, though!
