Trying to get a bro into the sport.
Dude's 6'3" with a 34" inseam, so I'm thinking like 59-61cm
No preference for much beyond traditional CX cockpit, gears, and race worthiness - so 105 or better group, 9, 10 speed fine. SRAM is probably fine too, since he doesn't know any better at this point (OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO yea I went there).
