OT: House for sale in Hood River*

Are you looking to get out of the hustle and bustle of the city? Do you
want a full-time or weekend base of operations for all of your Hood River
outdoor adventures? Would you like to move to one of most desirable small
towns/top destination towns/recreational playgrounds in America? Here's a
chance for you to score a 2350 square foot home that will put you right in
the action.

Built in 2013, the house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, an office, a 300 square
foot bonus room, and 2+1 tandem garage (room for for all of your gear!).
The house is located on a very private (dead-end) street and is next to the
desirable Westside Elementary School. Hood River Valley High School is
four minutes away, and you're just a few minutes from the waterfront
(kiting, foiling, windsurfing, etc.). You can ride to Post Canyon in seven
minutes from the garage for the sweet brown pow (trails re-opened
yesterday), and you won't have to endure the drive up 26 to Timberline or
Meadows for skiing/snowboarding in the winter. You can put in to kayak the
Hood River in less than 10 minutes, or cross the bridge to hit the White
Salmon.

The house will be available for an open house on Sunday, September 24th
from 1:00-4:00. Take the morning to drive down HWY 14 in Washington and
survey what's gone and what's left from the Eagle Creek fire, check out the
house, enjoy one of Hood River's great restaurants/breweries/wine tasting
rooms/cideries (or more than one!), and head back on I-84 (open
westbound). It's about an hour from Hood River to most places in PDX.

Other viewings by appointment only.

Thanks for looking! And your patience.*

*I have pretty conflicted feelings about Off Topic for sale posts on OBRA
chat, but I figured since Hood River is such a great place to ride, some of
you might be interested. Thanks for understanding!
