Welcome to the 2017 RIVER CITY BICYCLES CYCLOCROSS CRUSADE!
This year we celebrate Oregon's State Affair: CYCLOCROSS! with eight races on six exciting venues!
Our theme is the State Fair, and each of our venues has its own special competition pitting team against team in the pursuit of top honors and the Venue Flag!
This weekend is VENUE ONE, Alpenrose Dairy, Races 1 and 2.
The Team Competition is "Carnival Games"...Transform your tents into a Midway Carnival. Challenge all spectators and racers to prove their prowess with your game of skill and chance!
Prizes for the most difficult, most ingenious and most ridiculous. Venue Flag to the best!
A couple of tidbits to go over:
1) NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED.
2) 3:00 PM FRIDAY, COURSE OPEN for registration, course preview, and tent set-up.
3) CAMPING is allowed on Friday and Saturday evenings ***NO FIRES ALLOWED***

4) COURTESY is important: Please be very respectful of the neighbors when camping, parking and warming up.
5) PARKING IS TIGHT so park where our super cool parking attendants show you to park. THANK THEM.
6) DOGS ON LEASH ONLY. CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PET. Also please pick up after yourself!
7) CHECK THE RACE SCHEDULE AND PODIUM SCHEDULE.
The schedule is new this year. You must be on time to race and on the podium to receive your award.
8) BEER NUMBER If you get the "lucky" beer number, you may pick up your 6 pack of Deschutes Beer at River City bicycles (while supplies last). Tickets from last season are void so please do not try to use them.
9) BOB'S RED MILL and awesome food carts will be at the venue both days this weekend. Please enjoy!
10) JUNIOR RAFFLE We have amazing items donated by our generous sponsors to raffle off! Tickets are $10 and ALL PROCEEDS benefit junior racing at Cyclocross Nationals in Reno

11) Crusade XC is back! First run of the series is Saturday at Alpenrose 4:30 pm
