Happy Wet Wednesday to everyone, its that time of year again..

8th Annual Hammer Velo Pay It Forward Xmas Ride for Doernbechers kids and
families,

I have started the process with Doernbechers on getting families for our
annual event..Last year we took care of 7 families, with 7 teams getting
involved.Many OBRA teams, friends etc get involved every year helping me and
HV make this event successful...I am hoping we can at least match this, my
goal is 10 families this year..I thank all of you that have been involved at
some point, some people have been around from the start.Some people just
donate, which is awesome as well..So if you or your team are interested in
taking on a family or just riding with Hammer Velo to our family let me
know.Basically its raising funds, buying gifts etc for your assigned
family.I get a wish list for each family from my contact at
Doernbechers...Then getting your team together or friends and light your
bikes up and delivering gifts to your family, if riding is not an option
then just driving out..Its a great experience every year for all of us to
see the kids and families faces when we pull up on our bikes all lit
up..many happy people that will get to enjoy a great Christmas, if not for
all your efforts each year this would not be possible..So if you or your
team are interested in getting involved let me know as soon as possible..
