Also, everyone in PDX on this list should have the PDX Reporter App. It has a dozen categories, from potholes to ���campsite reporting��� to ���other.��� Use it every time you see a chop shop or hazard or other bike-related concern. Fastest response for on-street hazards in Portland is the PBOT radio room 503-823-1700.

With the app and those #s in your phone, do a good turn by stopping your ride for 3 mins to use them.

Amazing how often you see, for example, a tree blocking a stop sign that 1,000 go past w/o reporting.
