Hi all,

I see on Strava that some friends and acquaintances I've made during this year's road and cyclocross seasons have been Nordic skiing, particularly skate skiing, at the Mt. Bachelor Nordic Center.

Well, me, too.

I'd like to see if there's interest in some informal group skates. Weekdays dawn patrol or Weekends anytime would probably fit most people's schedules. Additionally, MBSEF has organized a handful of citizen ski races at Mt. Bachelor, which are plenty fun and good events to tailor training to.

If you're interested in getting some people together and potentially carpooling to Bachelor drop me an email; I'll be up there most days anyway. First Nordic race of the season is the MBSEF Skate Opener on Dec. 10 at the Nordic Center. I believe it's a 10K sprint! Now's the time to dial in our V2s.
