It's well-used (~10,000 miles) but never abused. Always cleaned it after rides rain or shine. There are scuffs on the shifters and cranks from some tumbles (learning how to clip in, track stand fails, etc) and heel rub. The frame has a couple scratches. It's all cosmetic.
Crank is 50/34. Cassette is 11-28. New brake pads, plenty of life left in the chain (replaced regularly). The current stem is 120mm with a 40cm bar. I have the old 100mm stem and 44cm bar I can throw in so you can decide what you want. The seatpost and saddle are upgrades: Ritchey carbon seatpost and Bontrager Affinity RXL carbon rail saddle. Wheels are stock and fairly new, as I had a different pair on the entire time.
