It used to be Mike Murray ran PVC. The Portland Velodrome Committee has long  been a benevolent and savvy steward of our beloved Alpenrose. Lately, I have heard of some changes in the leadership.Where are we today?For example Cyclisme Racing Programs, Word-RCB and the kids of b.i.k.e. traditionally offer introductory programming to all OBRA teams and individuals on Saturday Nights 5:00pm to Dusk. We want to do it again in 2018. Who do we contact, and how does it work?
I just discovered Tuesday Night Pursuits are being intervened by a higher power. Is this PVC? Does anyone know who running the PVC now? Is there a programming agenda being introduced, we should know about? Please forgive my lack of awareness of current affairs. If anyone could shed some light here, I would be much obliged.
