I am passing along some information that was forwarded to me by Erin Ayala from the Saint Mary's University of Minnesota:

Calling all women and gender diverse cyclists who have participated in competitive cycling in the past 5 years! Please consider sharing your experiences via this 20 minute online survey. A research team from the Saint Mary's University of Minnesota is conducting a study to identify and study diversity in cycling and the gender gaps that exist in the sport. For the first 250 participants, the research team will be donating $2 per participant to Cycles for Change!
