Hammer Velo ordered team kit from Panache Cycling in November of 2017. We put the order on hold briefly in December and January and added a handful of items the second week of April. As of today, Panache has many hundreds of our dollars and has yet to ship or manufacture anything we ordered. We have received nothing but excuses, un-returned phone calls and emails, and BS from them. I share this with the OBRA community in an effort to help you and your team not repeat the experience we are having.
This is an unfortunate circumstance, since the quality of their product is quite good. But I cannot in anyway encourage anyone to buy Panache products after the virtual theft of my money for six months with no product delivered.
The bicycle industry is not known for highly responsive customer service. But Panache has set the bar at a new low. Hopefully no other OBRA teams will have to suffer what Hammer Velo has had to go through in the future.
