I usually leave the tape on the tire by getting the screw driver under the
tape. Cody does it a little different. Gets screw driver under tape and
then leaves tape on rim. Then he removes tape with a heat gun from the rim
which will take longer but a good idea if you have some sections to clean.
I would be very careful with heat next to carbon though.
