My housemates are heading out in the middle of October and we are looking to bring in two new people by the end of that month or sooner if it works out.

House is a 4 bedroom 2 bath mid-century home with a two car garage, large deck, floor to ceiling living room windows, rear garden area, and various private entries.

The garage is already partially a dedicated bike service and storage area, which will be expanded once housemates are out. The remainder will be camping and backpacking gear.

We are looking for two mellow individuals (Ideally 25-40 range) who we have a fair amount in common with so that the home is a place of respite and chill. The situation can be as private or as integrated as you'd like.

Rent will be between $675-$775 /mo +utilities and initial security deposit which will be paid to the owners of the home.

We live just down the street - about 5 or 6 houses - from Dave who owns River City and whom we see riding up the hill daily.
