Hi Scott,
So glad you asked. Plains of Abraham is super. The Smith Creek downhill is super. Farther down there are some washouts with exposure you need to walk. If you have 2 people it is possible to hand bikes over the one huge tree fallen on a steep slope just past the Smith Ck footbridge but it is challenging. Alternative is turn right on the dirt road at the cairn half? a mile before you get to Smith Ck itself and climb back up to the parking lot that way. Gorgeous out there.
