Thanks Ed. +1 on that. I’ve raced this course three years in a row and I totally agree. I don’t know if the “cool kids” think it’s beneath them bc it’s in Lake O or what, but it’s one of the truly demanding courses on our circuit. Just ask any of the podium races. It's too late for 2018, but I want to let everyone know what a great race Zone 5 put on today at Luscher Farm. I have to assume that the low turnout is driven by a lack of knowledge. So here are the facts. Zone 5 once again showed their impeccable organizational skills in hosting this race. Despite the fact that it's "in town", it's an amazingly beautiful and fun course, just minutes down the road from downtown PDX. The facilities at the venue are first rate and there's no longer a conflict with the Bend Cross Crusade as there was in the past.

I have no direct dog in this hunt, but I have to tell you that you're missing one of the highlights of the CCX calendar if you skip this race in 2019.
