55cm Davidson, 1990: $1000 OBO

55cm 1990 Davidson Impulse frame and fork. Handbuilt by Bill Davidson at Elliot Bay Bicycles in Seattle, Washington. Made of Tange Prestige heat treated tubing and coupled with investment cast lugs and a Velo Orange Grand Cru headset.
This is as neo-retro as it gets. The bike comes equipped with a complete Shimano Ultegra 6700 groupset, matching 6700 wheelset, 3T handlebars and stem, and a Thomson seatpost topped with a black suede Selle Turbo saddle.
Tires are 27mm Challenege Stradas. Bottle cages are King stainless steel Classics.

The bike has small nics and scratches that are commonplace on any frame of this age. There are no dents or dings and no rust or pitting. Paint is 7/10.

Components have approximately 500 miles on them.

Custom painted 2006 LeMond Sarthe. One of the last steel frames produced by Trek for Greg LeMond's Trek distributed brand. TIG welded from True Temper OX Platinum tubing. American made with American steel. Carbon "LeMond" branded Bontrager fork and Velo Orange Grand Cru headset included. Also throwing in a Litespeed seat collar. Accepts 27.2 seatpost and an English threaded BB.
