We have been looking forward to the day to be back at the famed Rainier High School, in beautiful Rainier, Oregon!
Did you know, in 2012 two-time and current National Cyclocross Champion Stephen Hyde raced the Crusade at Rainier?! He blended right in back in the day, but if he lined up next to you now, you'd know it!!
This week's team venue competition -- RIDER CARDS!
Make yourself and/or your team a RIDER CARD. All riders are invited to autograph their cards at the Judges' Table at the Cyclocross Merchandise Tent at 4:15pm
The winning team will be announced at 4:30 at the end of the last podium ceremony, and will be awarded the coveted prize....the RAINIER VENUE FLAG!
Venue notes:
* Please respect the school's property and campus rules -- keep alcohol at home
* CAMPING will be available at the high school for $10
(100% to benefit Rainier High Booster Club). If you would like to camp, please email info@crosscrusade.com by Thursday, November 8th to get on the list
* PARKING there is a $5 parking fee for every vehicle
(100% to benefit high school boosters)
* NO COURSE PREVIEW or TEAM TENT set-up on Saturday (this includes sponsors) -- Go race Corn Cross 2!!
* BIKE WASH on-site (donations to benefit Booster Club)
* COURSE MAP is on our website
* Please only use designated course crossings
* Please stay off athletic fields and the running track
* Absolutely NO ALCOHOL is allowed on school grounds
* NO PARKING ON THE ROAD - you will be towed!
* PODIUM SCHEDULE HAS CHANGED - please check the posted schedule to be on-time to the podium (12:05 pm and 4:15 pm)
* FUN! Last but most importantly...HAVE FUN!!
