Someone just built a unfinished DH berm on the lower switchback that has torn up a large area and compromised the ability to bike and hike that section uphill. In addition to being illegal, this poorly built berm, plus other bumps on the center trail disrespect the good work done about four years ago by about 70 NWTA and club members in concert with Portland Parks staff. Whoever did this needs to immediately restore a grade that works for all user groups using IMBA design standards.
