To all OBRA members and OBRA friends who frequently use Bellfountain Rd in Benton County (Corvallis area)--a great safe road with rollers and flat streches--perfect for training and commuting. This is a popular road among the local cyclists.
Bellfountain Rd, north of Decker Rd. is getting a nasty large grained chip seal as you're reading this. Thanks to Marc San Soucie earlie posting on OBRA I got an idea what to do about it. I just finished writing my letter to Mr. Terry More, a Chair of Road
