Chad,



It was truly inspirational to see all the participants at MHCC, including the volunteers/race workers, riders and their supporters (family/friends), race officials, community backers (city/county government, sponsors), spectators. Your good work was very evident.



I can't think of another road race I've been to that had course marshals warning of approaching dangerous curves on a road course...way out in the middle of nowhere. 'Thumbs up' for a very nice safety feature! (And, there WERE some amazing descents on the "Three-Summit Road Race!"



Mother Nature was cooperative, too (hey, that could have been snow yesterday!).

Good Morning Fellow OBRA Members!



I just wanted to let everyone know that Full Sail Brewing is proud to once again present the Mt. Hood Cycling Classic June 3-6th. Our web site has been updated with new info for the 2004 race and mail in registration along with on-line registration is now open. You can also view results and coming soon a picture gallery from 2003. We will be running the same great courses and offering the same wonderful ammenities that make this race a must do event. Plus new for 2004.......



* Increased prize purse to over $13,500 in cash plus merchandise.

* Pro 1-2 Men's team competition and Women's team competition.

* CAT 4 Men's classes.

* Increased prize purse for the Master Men's category.



Cooper Spur will once again host the event offering meal packages and lodging to racers. Please remember to make reservations early as lodging will go fast. Also all categories will be limited to the first 100 entrants and we are anticipating that they will fill up. We are all looking forward to once again hosting this event. I hope to see all of you in June!
