Put a donation jar at each registration table - easier for people to
see, access, and remember to donate.

Lets see how money collection and wheel support went at the Cherry Pie

Once know how we (racers) are going to be paying for the program, I am

the wise and hardworking obra people will get some 10 speed Campy and
Shimano
wheels. Of course, creative ideas for acquiring these wheels would be

Wheels support was working hard today and looked like they did a great

I don't want to sound negative, but I ride Campy 10-speed and I'm sure

are many more riders out there that ride Campy. Why should we have to

for Shimano wheels? Also, are there going to be 2 follow cars for every
category at every race? so everyone gets a fair shot at these wheels.

Quite the positive response to the new wheel program from OBRA! To make
things a little easier for the entire season how about if a $1.00
surcharge
be attached to the entry fees for the races where these wheels and
services
are provided. Seems to me that it would be easier to not "forget" this
valuable service as the season wears on. The OBRA staff then would be
able
to disperse the funds much easier in my humble opinion.
