Racing Masters (was Cat 3's at Cherry Pie)

Tell that to the masters field at last years piece of cake. hehehehe

Anyway...

All fields have the potential for accident. Bike racing is

by nature a dangerous thing and no field is immune from crashes.

Knowing even that when I hear people pissing and moaning

about peoples "sketchy" riding while racing the 3/4 at PIR

I usually shout..."Shut up and go ride the 1/2/3!"

One thing to consider -

The masters are indeed fast, but they're also experienced. So while the

speed may be higher, the peleton will most likely be safer, smoother, and

therefore easier to stay with.
