I can't give you any stories about medication (although I grew up with

asthmatic bronchitis) but if you're wanting to learn more, consult Dr.

Ralph Yates. He's got a sports medicine practice just east of the

airport. He's a cyclist, ex-triathlete, has written for Oregon Cycling,

and is also an asthma sufferer.
