The event flyer for the track events posted on the OBRA website says Masters
35+ (see below). Therefore I assume the default age does not apply?

places. (to Oregonians & Local regular Washington Alpenrose Competitors).

35+: $75, Cat 1/2: $100, Cat 3: $75, Cat 4/5: $50, Women: $75, Olympic

The State Games has omnium races for all categories including Masters.
According to the rules that were voted on in January this means that the
Masters class is 40+. I posted the applicable rules below
"MASTERS may be any age range 30 or older. If no age range is stated on the
Entry Form/Race Announcement the default age will be 40 and older"
