OBRA-ians
Once again it is time for me to beg for help with this month's time trial,
which takes place this Saturday, July 23rd.
As any of you who race know, our events simply would not exist without the
gracious support of those who are willing to sit out a race and help with the
coordination and logistics that make weekends fun.
With the move of the home office of the Northwest Time Trial Series to Hood
River, George and I have taken a hit just where event promoters can spare it
the least; our Volunteer Reservoir
Plainly speaking, to ensure a safe and well run event this weekend I need 8
volunteers to aid in corner marshaling department. If you volunteer you may
race for free next month, if you bring a volunteer you may race for free this
month, if you bring more than one volunteer you will have my undying
gratitude and the knowledge that you have helped breathe air into an OBRA event this
weekend.
