Greetings MTB Short Track Racers!

I hope this posting finds you fully recovered from your last race and

100% "amp-ed" for next Monday's final MTB short track race. This last

race day of the series is going to be a special one. For one, we want to

see how much further we can push the envelope in terms of building   a

fun, off-the-wall, and challenging race course (sort of a best of &

more). Secondly, we will end the day with our series awards ceremony and

a final series raffle. All the details are posted on our series web site

at http://www.portlandracing.com/grand_finale.html.

One important note: with the awards ceremony and series raffle at the

end of the day, we plan to stick a little more closely to our schedule -

give or take 10 minutes. We also will have minimal breaks in between the

races. So if you haven't preregistered and/or plan to pre-ride the

course, you might consider heading out to PIR earlier than usual. We'll

do our best to have both the registration desk and the course open by

5pm.

Anyway, we hope to see you all one last time on Monday to come out and

race, cheer on your friends, and have a great time!

~Kris

PS: helmets are mandatory at PIR, so make sure to bring one and wear it

anytime you're on your bike (incl. on your way from your car to the

infield).
