The nimrods that makeup Washington County Road Dept

also chipsealed the

 road

that passes through Roy. Yet the fail to repair

Evergreen East of the

 Hillsboro Airport. The funny thing is: ALl of the

aforementioend roads that

 were 'fixed' by chipsealing had no problems in the

first place.

 

Well.. outside of the fact that a lot of bicyclists

use them on a daily

 basis.
